CHIPVAS LLC, doing business as Deyemo & Co Strategy ("the studio," "we," "us"), operates deyemo.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily submit through the contact form on this site. This includes your name, email address, firm name, firm website, role and title, and your description of your current brand challenge. We do not collect payment information through this site.

We also collect standard technical data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on site, device type, browser type, and approximate geographic location. This data is anonymized and aggregated. It does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

Information submitted through the contact form is used to assess whether there is a fit between your firm and the Clarity Sprint engagement. It is reviewed by the Principal and used to prepare for an initial conversation.

Deyemo & Co Strategy is one of two complementary brands operated by the same Principal. If, after reviewing your inquiry, D&Co Strategy determines that your project scope is better suited to our partner studio, Grumpy Dzynrz, your contact information and inquiry details may be shared internally with that studio for the sole purpose of assessing fit and routing your inquiry appropriately. You will be informed of any such referral in the Principal's direct response to you. Your information will not be shared with any unaffiliated third party and will never be sold.

Analytics data is used to understand how visitors interact with this site so we can improve it. No personally identifiable information is included in this data.

3. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as necessary to complete the qualification process. If no engagement begins, inquiry data is deleted within 90 days. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (26 months).

4. Third-Party Services

This site uses Google Analytics (Google LLC) for traffic analysis and Google Fonts for typography. These services may set their own cookies and collect data according to their own privacy policies. We do not control their data practices. Links to their policies: Google Privacy Policy.

When you submit an inquiry, your contact information passes through a secure intake workflow that uses the following third-party services to assess fit and prepare the Principal's response: Make.com (workflow automation), HubSpot (contact management), Google Gemini AI and Anthropic Claude (lead classification and analysis), and web research tools used to review publicly available information about your firm. Each of these services processes your data solely for the purpose of routing and preparing your inquiry. None of them use your data for their own marketing or advertising purposes in this context. 6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at office@deyemo.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect information submitted through this site. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of data in transit.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The responsible entity is CHIPVAS LLC, doing business as Deyemo & Co Strategy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
